If the governor and legislature are intelligent and realistic vs. being political they&amp;#39;d be wise to develop a budget that makes it far easier for small and mid-market businesses to thrive. They need to look no farther than the mess in California and the bnusinesses and population that is moving out of the state. We could hire 3 -4 more people but are really scared about the tax situation and now can not even afford the 1 - 3 people that we have working for us a diffrence times.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;i have had the state come down on me once and will not ever want to go through that again.
